What Is Teen Spleen?

- It's a creative class that invites us to connect to our teenage self through writing.
- The class focuses on creating a journal, preparing the base pages to make them very inviting by using stickers, sequin pockets, stamps and specialty papers and then filling the pages our writing.
- The class offers us the chance to connect to our teen self through six themes.
- For each theme, there is:
- an introduction video to explain the theme,
- between two and four instruction videos,
- prompts to guide your writing,
- ideas on how to write out your responses to the theme,
- a look at how I filled in my pages.
